Harmful Content

  • Glorifying, romanticising, or encouraging substance use

  • Sharing explicit details about using or obtaining substances

  • Posting content that triggers relapse or undermines recovery

  • Sharing graphic descriptions of self-harm or violence

Disrespectful Behaviour

  • Personal attacks, name-calling, or bullying

  • Dismissing others' experiences or invalidating their struggles

  • Shaming members for relapses, setbacks, or questioning

  • Discriminatory language or behaviour of any kind

Inappropriate Activity

  • Promoting products, services, or other programs (unless explicitly approved)

  • Soliciting members for business, romantic, or other personal gain

  • Sharing others' personal information or stories without permission

  • Impersonating others or creating fake accounts

Medical/Legal Advice

  • Providing medical advice or recommending specific medications

  • Encouraging members to stop prescribed treatments

  • Offering legal advice or recommendations

  • Diagnosing others or claiming to provide professional services
