What You Should Do:

• Keep all member stories, struggles, and personal information confidential

• Use first names only when referencing others

• Get explicit permission before sharing someone's story elsewhere

• Respect that what's shared here is not for public consumption

What We Do:

• We will never share your personal information without your consent

• Your participation is between you and this community

• We do not sell or share member data

• All course content and member discussions are private

Exception: If we believe someone is at imminent risk of harm to themselves or others, we may need to take appropriate action, including contacting authorities.

Content Ownership

• You retain ownership of your posts and contributions

• By posting, you grant Phenomenal Sobriety a license to display your content within the community

• Course materials, AI companion interactions, and program content are proprietary

• Do not copy, reproduce, or distribute program materials without permission
